These terms explain how you may use TrackingLens, a best-effort tool for checking email tracking links and related URL issues.

Overview
TrackingLens provides browser-based automated checks for email tracking links, UTM parameters, wrapped URLs, system links, and related manual-review issues. It is designed as a focused pre-send link tracking review tool.
Acceptance of terms
By using TrackingLens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What TrackingLens does
- Analyses pasted or uploaded email HTML
- Checks links, URLs, UTM parameters, wrappers, and system links
- Highlights likely tracking and URL issues
- Provides suggested fixes, manual-review guidance, and exportable HTML or audit reports
Best-effort disclaimer
TrackingLens is a best-effort analysis tool. It may not detect every issue and may occasionally flag something that is not a problem. You are responsible for reviewing and testing your email campaigns before sending.
TrackingLens does not guarantee tracking accuracy, analytics accuracy, deliverability, email client rendering, campaign performance, legal compliance, or regulatory compliance.
You should not rely on TrackingLens as your only QA, compliance, deliverability, or approval step.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to upload, paste, and process the email content you provide.
- You will review TrackingLens output before making changes or sending a campaign.
- You will test final campaigns in your own email, client, and ESP workflow.
- You will avoid uploading highly sensitive content unless it is necessary and permitted.
- You are responsible for making sure your tracking and analytics setup complies with your own policies and applicable laws.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
- Do not use TrackingLens to facilitate spam, phishing, malware, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to attack, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not try to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
Uploaded content
You keep ownership of the content you upload or paste into TrackingLens. You grant TrackingLens permission to process that content only to provide the service, generate the audit, and create any output you request.
You must have permission to use and process the content you provide.

Reports and recommendations
Reports, labels, warnings, and suggested fixes are informational only. Suggested fixes are guidance, not guaranteed corrections. Final implementation, testing, and approval remain your responsibility.
Availability and changes
TrackingLens may change, break, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be modified, limited, or removed, especially while the product is being developed.
Free and paid features
TrackingLens is currently provided as a free tool. It may offer paid features in the future. Any paid features will have their own pricing, limits, and cancellation terms shown before purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackingLens is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, failed campaigns, analytics discrepancies, deliverability issues, or other indirect losses arising from use of the service.
